ferien im umgebindehaus
Ferien im Umgebindehaus is platform which promotes tourism in the Oberlausitz, Sachsen, Germany. Kultuura drives this project by building a visual identity and a strategic network in the region.
Projects

Klausenbauernhof - Wolfach, Germany
One of the oldest preserved farms in the heart of the Black Forest, Klausenbauernhof is a cultural and architectural monument of great significance. The main building, constructed in 1561, and the historic “Steinbau” from around 1500, have been authentically restored. Today, this Black Forest gem is a sought-after venue for weddings and international concerts, offering a unique cultural experience.

Casa Farcaș - Sârbi, Romania
Located in the picturesque region of Maramureș, Casa Farcaș is a well-preserved traditional farmhouse made entirely of wood. This charming property, complete with a house, barn, well, and fenced yard, is being developed into a cozy vacation rental, perfect for 2 to 4 guests looking to experience authentic Romanian countryside living.

Büdnerhaus - Bergfelde/Berlin, Germany
Built in 1745, the Büdnerhaus is a half-timbered house with significant historical and cultural value. Currently under restoration, this property offers flexible future uses, including creative living spaces, a café, or an art gallery, blending local history with modern cultural activities.

Rosenstraße 6 - Hirschfelde/Zittau, Germany
Dating back to 1667, this part-restored “Umgebinde” house will serve as the central reception point for nearby vacation rentals. The large communal space, complete with an open kitchen and vaulted cellar, will offer a welcoming environment for guests, making it a hub for social gatherings and shared meals.
